🔥 WAIVER & RELEASE

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Water Pong League event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the event organizers, venue, partners, sponsors, and all affiliated parties (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damages that may occur from my attendance or participation, including any claims arising from negligence.

⚠️ ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation in the Water Pong League involves risks including, but not limited to:

• Slip and falls

• Alcohol-related incidents

• Physical injuries (from gameplay or venue hazards)

• Heat exhaustion

• Exposure to illness (including COVID-19)

• Emotional or mental stress

• Injury from intoxicated guests or other participants

I voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown.

🍻 CERTIFICATION OF SOBRIETY & SAFETY

I acknowledge that alcohol will be served and that I am voluntarily choosing to participate. I confirm that:

• I am of legal drinking age (21+)

• I am not currently under the influence of illegal drugs or substances that impair judgment

• I take full responsibility for my behavior before, during, and after the event

📸 MEDIA RELEASE

By attending, I grant permission to Water Pong League and its partners to capture and use my image, voice, and likeness in all photos, videos, livestreams, and promotional materials, without compensation. I waive all rights to review or approve the content.

🧑‍⚖️ INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all Released Parties from any and all claims, including attorney fees, related to injuries or damages arising out of my participation.

📍 GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas.

By signing this form, I acknowledge that:

• I have read and fully understand this waiver

• I am participating voluntarily

• I am 21 years or older

• I agree to all terms outlined above
